Paypal
Paypal is an international payment circuit that guarantees the customer on purchases made on third-party sites (see the conditions on the site PayPal). It is an extremely secure payment system as transactions are managed directly by Paypal ensuring compliance with the latest standards in terms of security and reliability, reimbursement in cases of fraud and payment in installments.< br> Upon completion of the order on the site, the customer is redirected to the Paypal site to complete the transaction and therefore the payment; no data relating to the personal account or credit card will physically pass through the Cicli Bortolotto website. If the payment on the PayPal circuit is successful, the customer is automatically returned to the site. Paypal notifies the seller of the successful payment therefore, if the transaction is concluded positively, the order immediately passes to the processing phase.
NB: For security reasons, PayPal requires that the shipping address of the goods coincide with the address used during registration on PayPal. Therefore, if an address different from the one known to PayPal has been entered in the order, the payment could be refused.
Credit card
Payments are supported using the most common and widespread credit cards available on the market: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, etc. The payment circuit used, Stripe, is a safe and simple system that allows you to pay by credit card directly on the Stripe website (for more information: Stripe) therefore no personal data or data relating to your credit cards will physically pass through the Cicli Bortolotto website.
After completing the order on the website , the Customer is redirected to the Stripe site to complete the transaction and then the payment. You will be redirected to the Stripe website to complete the payment by entering your credit card details. Stripe guarantees maximum transaction security through the use of the most modern data encryption technologies and security standards. Stripe protects the buyer's information as none of the financial information entered on Stripe is shared with Cicli Bortolotto which therefore does not record and will never know the data of the credit card used by the customer to make purchases.
Satispay
We support Satispay for payments made on our site. Satispay is a free app that allows you to pay in shops and on websites, exchange money with friends, purchase services and save in a smart way. Through Satispay it is also possible for Customers to join cashback programs and take advantage of payment in installments (for more information: Satispay)
After completing the order on the site, the Customer who has selected the Satispay payment method will be shown a qr code to proceed to the payment. Using their Satispay APP, the Customer will only have to scan the QR code to confirm the transaction and then complete the payment. No personal data or data relating to your credit cards or bank details will physically pass through the Cicli Bortolotto website. The notification of the successful payment will automatically arrive from the Satispay systems to the Cicli Bortolotto site, therefore if the transaction is concluded positively, the order will immediately be processed.
Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer must be made within 3 working days of placing the order. The bank transfer must include (in the reason for payment) the order data (order number and date) and the customer (name and surname). The bank transfer must be made to:

Generally the transfer is credited in one or two working days, therefore we invite our customers to send us, if possible, the electronic receipt of the payment in order to speed up the preparations for the order fulfillment to the address: info@ciclibortolotto.it. The products are generally entrusted to the courier on the working day following that of acceptance of the order, which coincides with the receipt of the bank transfer equal to (or the balance) of the order placed. The normal delivery times must therefore be added to the bank times mentioned. If you have an urgency it is not the ideal payment method but it is advisable to use the other immediate payment methods available: Paypal, Credit Card, Satispay.
Cash on delivery
Payment on delivery is made, in cash, to the courier who brings the package to your home. The courier is not authorized to accept payments other than cash, therefore checks, credit cards, debit cards, etc. are not accepted. Payment is made in cash with banknotes and/or coins and, preferably, by arranging the exact amount as the courier may not be provided with change (which is not provided). According to current legislation and, unless otherwise indicated by the courier, the limit on cash payments is set at €5,000. For larger orders, an advance payment of at least 20% is required.
For safety reasons, to limit errors and in order to avoid fraudulent use of the service, orders with cash on delivery will be confirmed by telephone before shipping the goods. Cicli Bortolotto reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to accept orders from customers who are in dispute, or who have rejected a shipment previously sent with payment on delivery.
Payment on delivery is accepted only for shipments within the territory Italian national and provides for an additional cost of €5.
Cash at the point of sale
Buy online and collect in store: optimize the times to get the desired goods and proceed to payment directly in the store with: debit card, cash, credit cards. During the finalization of the purchase on the site, the "Collection in store" can be selected as the delivery method and at that point it will be possible to select the payment method "Payment in store".
Payment in the store is accepted only for in-store pick-up orders. NB: orders that are not collected within 10 days of receiving confirmation that the goods are available for collection are automatically cancelled.
